Lucid Motors Electric Vehicle’s largest shareholder is leading the charge to reduce the country’s dependence on oil revenue and enter the growing EV industry. Lucid’s new facility in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) will initially produce 5,000 units of the luxury electric sedan Lucid Air each year, with plans to scale up to 155,000 units annually. Existing I-PACE owners will get adapters, but it’s unclear if they’ll be free. Future Jaguar customers in Canada, the US, and Mexico will have access to the Supercharger network from 2025. Jaguar’s upcoming models will work with both V3 and V4 Supercharger stations. The Classic Mercedes-Benz SL ‘Pagoda’ Undergoes an Electric Conversion

The classic Mercedes-Benz SL ‘Pagoda‘ has received an electric makeover, becoming a two-seater sustainable luxury car. Everrati CEO Justin Lunny highlights that this transformation respects the car’s history while making it future-ready for the next generation.

While some classic car enthusiasts argue against electrification due to the original engine’s character, it’s more acceptable for everyday classics like the Porsche 911, where original versions are still available.
